Each enterprise's products are not the same, to produce the hand plate is not the same, so the production of materials may not be the same, but the main processing materials have the following several.
1, ABS
Widely used in general product shell, good bonding strength. It can be used in surface metallization engineering, such as water plating and vacuum evaporation. Material specifications include plate, round steel, etc., ABS is also divided into ordinary grade and fire grade, and injection performance is basically the same, so it is widely used in the hand plate industry;
2, PC
A material with excellent strength, toughness and transparency, suitable for lenses and fine structural parts. In addition, add glass fiber, improve the rigidity and heat resistance of the plate, can be used to make the high temperature environment need to maintain high rigidity parts, PC also has UL94-V0 fire rating;
3, PMMA
Acrylic or plexiglass is a good transparent piece, can be used to make transparent materials, such as dyeing, plating, spraying, screen printing, etc. The bonding strength is fair, but brittleness is its weakness, not suitable for hook and other mechanisms of the weak parts.
4. PP
Translucent material, good impact resistance, good flexibility, can be applied to the production requirements of strict impact resistance conditions, such as automotive supplies, folding packaging boxes, etc.
5. PA66+GF30:
PA66+GF30 is not a model, but a generic code for PA66 plastic raw material containing 30% glass fiber. It has high strength, special thermal stability and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for auto parts, mechanical parts and so on. It is used for mechanical parts with high rigidity and dimensional stability.
6. POM
Chinese name polymethyl, also known as polyformaldehyde raw materials, often known as steel in the industry. Its regular molecular structure and crystallinity make it excellent physical and mechanical properties, known as metal plastics, suitable for high strength workpiece, such as gear, shaft, bracket and so on.
7. Teflon
This material is resistant to acid, alkali and all kinds of organic solvents, and it is almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, PTFE has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low friction coefficient, can be used as a lubricant, but also become the ideal coating for cleaning the inner layer of water pipe.
8. Aluminum alloy
Aluminum alloy is a widely used colored structural material in the hand plate, has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, automobile, medical, ship hand plate. Aluminum alloy is widely used in CNC hand plate, it has the advantages of easy machining, good rigidity and abundant anode coloring.
9. Magnesium Alloy
Light weight, good strength, the disadvantage is magnesium is flammable metal, processing environmental control is very important, high risk of molding, production after die casting processing projects, is a high cost of application materials;
10. Brass
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. Brass composed of copper and zinc is called common brass. If it is a variety of alloys composed of more than two elements, it is called special brass. Brass has a strong abrasion resistance and is often used in place of stainless steel and other materials that are difficult to carve and grind. After polishing electroplating, the surface effect and feel are very close to stainless steel.
